To use a nasal spray properly, follow these steps:Start by washing your hands thoroughly with soap and water.Remove the cap from the nasal spray bottle.Gently blow your nose to clear any mucus or blockage from your nasal passages.Tilt your head slightly forward, keeping it in a comfortable position.Insert the tip of the nasal spray bottle into one nostril. Be sure to aim the tip toward the back of your nose, not toward the center or the outer wall.Close the other nostril by gently pressing on it with a finger.While breathing in through your nose, press down on the nasal spray bottle to release a fine mist.
